Collecting and Tracking Your Personal Information
We will ask you when we require information personally identifying you (personal information) or information that would allow us to contact you.

If you are a client of Artworx Innovations, Inc., you will automatically be provided a login and password for use with protected areas of Artworx web services.  This includes: online bill payment, email, secure server access, website statistics, etc.  Visit the Client Support Center to update your personal information.  You can find your login information on any of your invoices or statements in the top right corner.

To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, Artworxinn.com collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using server-side logs. We do not track individuals' use of the site.

Use of your Personal Information
We use your personal information for four primary purposes:

• To make the site easier for you to use by not making you enter your personal information more than once.
• To help you request Artworx services or changes in your Artworx provided services.
• To help us create and deliver content most relevant to you.
• To allow you the availability pay your outstanding balances and view account information.

In order to assure you are always up to date with the latest prices, services, and information, Artworx Innovations, Inc. will occasionally send out email and U.S. mail newsletters.  You may unsubscribe from these notifications through your Client Support Center and establish your preferences in the Contact Options sections. There, you can decide what information you want to receive and how you want to receive it. Or you can request we not contact you.

Artworx Innovations, Inc. may send out periodic e-mails informing you of technical service issues related to a product or service you requested. You will not be able to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.

Access to your Personal Information
We will provide you with the means to ensure your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time in the Client Support Center.

Security of your Personal Information
Artworx Innovations, Inc. strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. All data sites are protected by around the clock surveillance and 24 hour security systems.  Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where Artworx Innovations, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are located.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your Login Name and Personal Identification Number (PIN).  Do not share these with others.

Use of Cookies
Artworx Innovations, Inc. assigns a Login Name and PIN to every customer.  When you login, this information is sent to your computer in the form of a small text file, called a "cookie."  The use of this cookie allows you to visit the Client Support Center as well as this site.

If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the Artworxinn.com website and Client Support Center, you will be able to view the text on the screens, however you will not experience a personalized visit, nor will you be able to enter the secure Client Support Center.
